Process: Creating a button for macro: Click on insert, click on illustrations, click and choose the shape as required, to add text, right-click while inside the box, click on edit text, write the text as required, right-click inside the box, click on assign macro, in the assign macro dialogue box, select the required macro name and click ok. Now it is a macro button.
